When adding scheduled bids into Thunderbolt it would be nice after assigning it to an estimator that they get constant alerts of what is due for them.

 

Also maybe a daily email can be set up that shows what scheduled bids they have for the week and day and any task for that week as well.

  HI Anthony, 

  You can set up alerts for tasks by going into the Admin Section under the 'Company Info' tab. Set the "Send Email Reminders (for things like tasks)?" To 'Yes'. Make sure everyone who you want to receive alerts also has this set to 'Yes'.

   

  We will work on getting a daily Email reminder initiated on our end, and I will give instructions to set this up once it is finished!
